Returning Starters: Offense 7, Defense 10
Strengths: If I could take any QB in the nation (outside of the one in College Station) on my squad it would be Teddy Bridgewater. Though he plays in a weak conference, his domination on the field is very impressive. Coach Charlie Strong is one of the best defensive minds in the nation. He returns 10 of the 11 starters from a year ago, so look for Louisville to blow away the competition in the newly formed American Athletic Conference.
Weaknesses: When you have a stud at quarterback, you need to protect him. If there is one thing that will be the undoing for the Cardinals, it is the play of the offensive line. Bridgewater can run, but if the line can make it so he doesn’t have to, the Cardinals’ offense will be even better.
